And they wonder why America is so fat: You can’t have a commercial with a Dr. Pepper, Doritos, McDonald’s, etc. commercial. When’s the last time you saw a fucking commercial for lettuce? I’ve lost a little weight since the beginning of the year through a diet of spontaneous vomitting after watching John Boehner cry about how hard his was on Faux News.

I love that the media is covering the mess in Libya/Egypt like America didn’t help create it. It’s like harboring a killer for 30 years and when the cops show up to arrest him you’re like “Damn, it’s about time y’all showed up.”

I also love that the media is covering the overthrow of an autocrats in Libya/Egypt ad nausem but barely mentioning the creation of one in Wisconsin.

CBS might cancel Two and a Half Men…now what positive male role models am I going to have to look up to? How else am I going to know that dressing like a 12 year old at Summer camp and making sex jokes at bimbos is the way to a woman’s heart?

Asshole of the week: Pretty much anyone who held a microphone at last Sunday’s Oscars. Everyone that room was a union or guild member but there were only two mentions of the word “union” in the entire broadcast and zero mentions of the protesters, Walker, Wisconsin, or solidarity. Maybe Wisconsin isn’t exotic enough for Hollywood to give a shit about (if it were foreign Angelina Jolie would already be on a plane there), but I would have liked to some acknowledgement of the struggle their fellow unions are facing. Three years ago during the writer’s strike Hollywood asked the rest of America to care, now the rest of America is asking Hollywood to care.
